TCHP Grade Powders

Tough Coated Hard Powders are available in a waxed form for press and sinter applications. These grade powders can be processed through the same conditions as conventional carbide grade powders. The composite structure of these engineered powders produces shrinkages that allow the use of conventional carbide sized tooling.

TCHP Thermal Spray Powders

Tough Coated Hard Powders are available in size ranges and compositions to fit specific thermal deposition applications. The composite structure formed with these engineered powders allows for increases in deposition thickness and wear resistance.
